Creating a Table:

Steps to create a table include: -

  1. Click on Insert Tab.
  2. Choose Table from Tables Group and select number of rows and columns.

You can also draw table using ‘Draw Table Option’ and then create it accordingly.


Changing the Display of Table:

Steps to change the Display of a Table include: -

  1. Click on the Cell or the whole Table to be formatted.
  2. Click on Design Tab to change the table style/colour etc.


Adjusting Rows and Columns Width:

Steps to adjust rows and columns width in a table include: -

  1. Select the cell/cells whose width you want to adjust.
  2. Click on Layout Tab.
  3. Adjust dimensions from the Cell Size group.

You can use the cursor to drag and adjust dimensions of the cell through its edges.


Applying Arithmetic Computation in Table:

Steps to apply arithmetic computation in a table include: -

  1. Select the Cell.
  2. Go to Layout Tab.
  3. Click on Formula in the Data Group.
  4. Select the Formula using cell references and mathematical operations.
